This Privacy Policy explains how ACC Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Three Cities Social member app and our related services. Three Cities Social is operated by ACC Collective LLC.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information: your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
- Chat messages: messages you send in the app.
- Event RSVPs: the events you sign up for or cancel.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and is not stored by us.
- Push notification data: device tokens that let us send notifications to your device.
- Location and Bluetooth: used for door access to the space through Kisi.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your membership account and profile.
- To deliver chat messages between members.
- To manage event RSVPs.
- To process membership payments and fees.
- To send you push notifications. You can turn these off in your device settings.
- To let you unlock doors at the space through Kisi.
- To contact you about your membership and answer your questions.
- To keep the app and our community safe and secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Three Cities Social:
- Stripe, for payments.
- Kisi, for door access.
- Chat and notification service providers, to deliver messages and push notifications.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except for records we must keep, such as payment and tax records.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Three Cities Social is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Deleting your account and data
To delete your account and data, email hello@threecitiessocial.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. If the app offers a delete account option, you can also use that. We delete your account and data within 30 days, except for records we must keep, such as payment and tax records.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
